I think that is largely true, though I personally do not agree with the ENTP description. As I stated, I see him as an ISTJ. While he is an introvert, he is also quite extroverted, and the extroversion is what I see as the "entrepreneurial" part. He has a lot of ideas, but he really seems to be more of an inventor. He is constantly coming up with new ideas, and he will get excited about them for a while, but eventually gets bored and moves on to something else.
I feel like he would be an outstanding manager. He has a strong grasp on the details, and he has an excellent work ethic (he works until 7 pm every day, despite having a wife and child). While he doesn't seem to enjoy the details, he does like to get things done right, and that is admirable.
That is really all I can think of in terms of positives about his personality. His shortcomings are extremely obvious when it comes to emotions. He doesn't really have any strong emotions, and he doesn't really have any weak ones either.
