Bryes personality type is ENTP, and since he's an ISTJ, that means he's a real dork. But, that's not really the case. He's actually extremely smart, and in fact, his intelligence is so great that he doesn't think about his actions very much. This results in a lot of his decisions being made on impulse, which for someone with such high intelligence can result in some pretty bad outcomes.
For instance, he was once dating a girl who was so attractive that he didn't even realize she was a femme. A femme, mind you. A femme who wasn't him, and also not a lesbian. But she was so hot that he didn't even realize she was gay. He ended up dating her anyway, though he broke up with her after he found out she was a femme.
It is not his fault that he doesn't think about these things, it's his fault that he has such poor impulse control. He's really smart, but his poor choice making skills make him an explosive jerk in real life.
