Dr. Lloyd personality type is ISFJ, so I probably would have been an ISFJ, too. But I didn't know what type I was until I was in my mid-20s.
I had no idea I was an introvert until I was in my 20s. I had been a workaholic for most of my life, and that was the reason I was able to make so much money.
It was only when I went to college that I found out I was an introvert. I thought of myself as a go-getter, but it turned out that those behaviors weren't me at all. I was just doing them to fit in.
I realized that I wasn't actually doing what I was doing, because it's not my personality. My personality is shy and reserved. It's important for me to be alone. So it was a big deal for me to not work as much anymore.
I worked for about two years after college, and then I decided to go back to school and get an advanced degree.
I know there are people out there who are extroverts and don't know it. I'm kind of jealous of them, but I can't say that I'm jealous that way.
