Connor personality type is ESTP, but this may not be the case. As far as I know, no one has thoroughly analyzed the type of each of the characters in the series. However, there are enough clues to make us confident that at least some of the characters are ESFPs. The only ESFPs who are characters in the series are Kratos, Atreus, and Thorin Oakenshield (a character who was changed drastically by Jackson for the movie, but is still an ESFP).
