She’s also very good at helping others but doesn’t like the neediness of people looking to her for constant attention. “I have many friends who are in relationships with ESFJs,” says Ingrid, “and they are my best friends and I love them dearly but I don’t see relationships lasting and I have a hard time trusting them. I do like being around people but I also need time alone, which is very hard for me.”
