Hyman Krustofski Personality Type, MBTI

Hyman Krustofski personality type is ISTJ, the same as mine.I think it's a measure of my own personality as well as an attempt to be less judgmental of those who are different from myself. It's a way of saying that I'm on a journey of discovery and growth and that no one is perfect. And that I still have a lot to learn.I don't completely agree with everything personality tests say, though I do find some of their interpretations of the results to be on the mark. I think people are more complex than that. I also believe that self-awareness is key to self-improvement, so I welcome the opportunity to learn something about myself.I think that my ISTJ personality type might be to blame for my career indecision, because my need to know the right way to do things has sometimes led me down paths I didn't want to follow. But I also think it's led me to become an effective problem-solver, which is the primary reason why I was hired for this job in the first place.
