In the workplace, ESFPs thrive by being able to connect with everyone around them and make interesting connections in the office. They’re not afraid of working hard, and they’re always up for some fun. They enjoy working on projects with their coworkers.
What They’re Good At
ESFPs are very much in their own space in the workplace and often don’t feel the need to check in with their coworkers during the day. They’re always up for taking on new projects, and they have excellent skills at coming up with new ideas.
The downside to this is that they can sometimes take on too much and get overwhelmed by it all. They also can be guilty of jumping right in without fully understanding a new project or process.
