The ISTJ personality type is represented by the letter “S.” You’ll find that ISTJs tend to be cautious and responsible. They are people who are determined to get things done. They are decisive and need to know what to do and when to do it. ISTJs are hard working and don’t tolerate laziness well.
ISTJs have a strong sense of duty. They don’t take kindly to people who they feel are not doing their fair share, or taking advantage of them. ISTJs are good at making plans, but they don’t like to be inconvenienced with things that they can’t control. This often makes them the “Ts” in the E/I mix. They are often very good at being able to manage details, but they dislike being bothered with anything that they don’t feel they can control.
ISTJs are also good at anticipating things and anticipating how other people will react to things.
