James Dempsey personality type is ENTP, which means he is a “TJ”, or a thinker-judger. He is an idealist and a realist, an idealist because he sees things only in terms of idealism, not in terms of materialism or pragmatism. He is a realist because he is an advocate of idealism and would never compromise on it. He is a philosopher and a scientist, a realist as to his ideas and as to the validity of his science. His plans are always well thought out, heady and intellectual. He is also an idealist because he would make all of his little ideas work out into a big idea. He is an activist and a reformer, but not in the sense that he is going to turn America into the Utopia he imagines it to be. It is more in the sense that he will try to make America into the Utopia he imagined it to be when he was growing up. He is also a realist as to the facts, because he is not going to “buy into” any theory that is not backed up with facts.
