True Autumn personality type is ENFJ, often called “The Advocate”. ENFJs are warm, nurturing and very loyal. They see the best in others and are naturally empathetic. They are often charismatic and are very influential in their social circle. They are highly sensitive to any form of rejection or disrespect.
With the Enneagram, instead of judging people, it helps us understand that we can’t change other people, but we can choose how to relate to them. And how we relate to them impacts how we feel about ourselves.
A reason why I like the Enneagram so much is because it helps me understand what’s going on inside of me, my motivations and my behaviors. Each type has a different perspective on life and each one also has a different way of reacting to it. That’s why it’s important to understand yourself in order to better understand others.
