Jeanne d'Arc personality type is INFP, but I disagree with the INFP label. I think the "halo" of that type is more ENFJ.
I disagree that ENFJ is the most common personality type of Saint Jeanne d'Arc (the personality type I think she really is). I think that is ESTP.
There's no dispute about the ENFJ part of the argument, however. I think anybody who doesn't see that is misinformed. The only dispute is over whether she is an INTP or ESTP.
I'm sure people much more qualified than I can make a better case for the INTP hypothesis than I can. But I've read the arguments and they are unconvincing to me.
The problem with the INTP hypothesis is that it's not only unconvincing but also unsupportable.
1) The INTP hypothesis is based on quotes from her letters and other writings, which are almost all full of INTP stuff, such as "It seems to me that I often do not know what to do" and "I find myself thinking so much about things and yet uncapable of action."
