I think in FFXIII it's pretty obvious, but in the other games it's more of a grey area. I'm not so sure about FFXIII-2, but with FFXIII it's definitely in the realm of the INFJ, in my opinion.
But in FFXI I'm thinking INFJ. There are just so many examples of him being that way that it's hard to deny. He's the most idealistic character ever in his own way, with an amazing ability to see deeper into people's issues than anyone else, but he also has the most flawed sense of logic.
