I also wanted to point out, at this point in the book, that Mr. Tio Sérgio is a new character -- he's not a supporting character. He's a main character -- the main character. He's not like the protagonist. He's the protagonist, which is what I've been saying all along. He's very important and he has the same personality as the real author, which is why I've been saying he's like the author. He's like the author in every way, except for the fact that he's fictional.
If you haven't read Paulo Coelho's book The Alchemist, I recommend it. It's a fascinating book. It's about a shepherd boy who travels through Egypt and ends up in Spain and ends up working in a pyramid in the desert, and he gets this education that shows him that he needs to quit his job and become a shepherd boy again and just live his life. It's a beautiful book, and it's a short read, so you can read it in one sitting.
