I have worked with many ENTPs and most of them are very good managers. They inspire their staff with their ideas, they share their knowledge and work together very well with their team. They are good in the art of motivating people to achieve their goals. However, the ENTP personality type has a tendency to take things too far and sometimes make mistakes.
In my opinion, this is one of the best personality types for managers: they are smart, quick, open-minded, and trustworthy. It is a pity that this type becomes an awful manager in the office due to his tendency to take decisions too fast, to be overcritical of mistakes by others, and to make decisions based on what he thinks is right rather than on the facts.
