Major appearances
Goodra debuted in A Grand Fight for Winning!, under the ownership of Blaine. He used it in a battle against Ash and his friends, during which it was revealed to be part Dragon-type. At the beginning of the battle, Goodra was shown to have a very powerful Dragon-type move, but it was countered by Dragon Pulse, causing Ash's Tepig to faint. Blaine also used Goodra during Ash's Gym battle in An Amazing Aerial Battle!, which it lost to Ash's Oshawott after being defeated by Oshawott's Air Cutter.
