Frank personality type is ESFJ, the practical extrovert. The ESFJ is the most common type in the world — accounting for more than 50 percent of all people — and is the most common type in the U.S. and U.K., according to the Myers-Briggs Foundation.
“The ESFJ is altruistic, reliable, and organized,” said Jennifer Stark, a marriage and family therapist and author of “The INFJ: The Misunderstood Personality.” “They’re very good at putting things together and moving them forward because they tend to be very detail oriented. They like structure and routine.”
While they might not be as outgoing as the ENFP or the ENTJ, ESFJs are generally outgoing and popular, often with a strong work ethic, said Stark.
“They’re also good listeners and tend to be empathetic and understanding,” she said. “They tend to be very kind to people who are less emotionally stable than they are.”
And while they may not be so charismatic as other types, ESFJs will do their best to make other people happy.
