Daniel Esquivel personality type is ESFJ, not the more common (but less accurate) ESFJ-P.
I also asked him if he was an ISTJ or an ESTJ, as they seem to be the most common types for this job. He said he was an ESFJ.
This has been a long-standing question on the MBTI site for years. I suspect the ESTJ is more common than the ISTJ, but I can't find any good evidence for that.
In fact, I can't find any good evidence for any particular type being more common than any other type for this job. In my view, the whole "most common" argument for type is probably not valid.
For example, one of the most common occupations on the MBTI site is "Customer Service Representative" (ISTP). But we have no evidence that a particular type is more common than any other type for this job. If we did, then why would we have no evidence that any one type is more common than another type?
I think this is just a case of people making a qualitative judgement on the basis of their own experience, but with no way to prove that their judgement is valid.
