I was talking to Julie last week (we had just sent out an email) and she was telling me her friend had asked her to come to a party and then she said "oh, but I'm such a social thing and I get so many invitations and RSVPs, I can't go to parties, I'm too busy."
This is a classic example of the type of ESFJ personality that is oblivious to the fact that she is being needy. She is so busy with everything she has going on that she can't fit anything else in. When I told her that, she balked a little bit.
