What is the personality type of Pontius Pilate? Which MBTI personality type best fits? Personality type for Pontius Pilate from The Master & Margarita and what is the personality traits.
Pontius Pilate personality type is ISTJ, which is why I’ve always found his stubbornness so annoying. It’s also why he’s so stubborn.
And, of course, there’s the moral question of whether he should have let Jesus go. On one hand, he was too stubborn to be swayed, but on the other hand, he was a good man who was willing to do the right thing. Asking his opinion about that is almost blasphemous, isn’t it?
For that matter, does he ever come to terms with it? Or does he continue to make the same mistakes over and over again? I feel like the whole point of the book is that he doesn’t. And I’m sure that’s why I love this book.
Gifted writer. That’s what this book is to me. It’s a story about a person who never changes. The story of a man who never learns from his mistakes and who remains stubborn even as his life begins to disintegrate around him.
For me, this is one of the most refreshing books of the year.
