Dopamine personality type is ESFP, and the type that can communicate with people, but the type that is not very social.
If you are like me, you will look at these stereotypes and think they are complete nonsense and that they are not helpful at all.
When I first learned about these types I dismissed them as false stereotypes, but after years of communicating with people I am starting to see some validity in these stereotypes.
The first thing I realized is that there is a lot of truth to the stereotypes.
I can be very social, outgoing, and talkative, but also have a bit of an edge to me that many people do not like. I can be willing to share my opinion and have a strong will, but when it comes to getting my way it is not always easy.
But I don’t think my personality is the result of being an ENFP.
I think my personality is the result of being raised in an environment where being different was a big deal.
My parents on both sides grew up in the South, and were very strict in how they raised us. And although my dad never physically abused us, he still had a heavy hand with discipline and control.
