Vittoria personality type is ESFP, where I’m an INFP.
Here’s my personal experience with the type.
Vittoria is a rare type, and I think it’s because the type is so rare that we don’t know what to do with it. It’s hard to explain to people, but in our personality tests we get a lot of feedback that we’re really intuitive and can be very good at seeing what other people are thinking and feeling. And yet, that doesn’t really come out that often, at least not in conversation. That’s what I want to say in this article–it’s not that you don’t know what I’m talking about; it’s that the rest of the world doesn’t.
I know that this is something I have to work on, because it’s a weakness, and I need to focus on making myself more aware of others.
What am I talking about? We have a problem with empathy. We don’t like to see other people in pain.
