Harold I of England personality type is ISTP, or Introverted, Sensing, Thinking, Perceiving.

Harold I, or Harold the Confessor, was an Anglo-Saxon ruler, who ruled from 1066 to 1069. He is the only English ruler to have died a natural death while in his own palace.

In 1066 Harold I was crowned king at Bath Abbey, Somerset, in the presence of the Witan. Harold I was a young man of twenty-five when he took the throne from Edward the Confessor. This was England's first experience with a king ruling as an absolute monarch.

Harold's reign was short-lived. At the Battle of Hastings in 1066, Harold led the English army against the invading Norman army of William I, the Duke of Normandy. The Normans won a decisive victory, and Harold was killed in battle. He was succeeded by William I, who became William II, and eventually William I of England.

Harold's reign was in many ways an era of transition from what can be called the Dark Ages to a time when the long-awaited Norman Conquest could take place.
