Harley Quinn personality type is ENFP, so it would make sense that Harley would be more likely to take action for good, as long as she was caught and arrested for it. She hasn't shown any inclination of saving someone yet, but that doesn't mean she's not capable. She may be more of the "uncomfortable with change" side of ENFP, so she might be the type who would be more hesitant to start such a mission.
Also, if she did go on this mission, it wouldn't be to save Superman or anyone else. She is more likely to go after Black Adam and/or his wife, Isis. That's the way this mission should go, but if Harley was willing to risk her life to do that, then she would have done it already.
I think this is the biggest stretch of all. I think it's pretty much impossible for Harley to go on a mission without getting caught. I think she'd have to give up her life for this mission to work, just like people in real life do. I don't think we've seen enough of Harley's character to know how she would react to that.
