Arnaldo Fritz personality type is ENFJ, but I have a hard time believing that. He doesn't have the demeanor of an ENFP, but I don't have a lot of experience with ENFJs, so I can see how he could be one.
I know he's an ENFJ because he is extremely social and very sensitive to other people's feelings, and being in the role of being the center of attention just drives him crazy. He also seems to care way too much about what other people think of him. I had no idea how bad it was until he was outed with his secret love triangle and took some flak.
In general, I'm not a fan of long-winded explanations. I'd prefer it if you just said what you want to say, and let us make our own conclusions.
