Skorge personality type is ENTP, and I’ve never seen anyone else with this type, which makes me suspect that the personality assessment is somewhat off.
I’ve heard people say that the MBTI is not a good predictor of career success, and I can personally attest to this. I am an ENTP and have had many successful careers. I’m also a software developer, and I’ve had many unsuccessful software development careers. I don’t know why I had such varied results, but I think it has something to do with the fact that ENTPs really only shine when they’re given a lot of freedom and autonomy, and the MBTI is based on how well you agree with statements like “When I do a job well, I feel that I’ve really contributed to the organization.”
Obviously, you can’t be an ENTP and be a software developer, or vice versa. But there are plenty of creative roles that seem to be dominated by ENTPs and even more creative roles that seem to be dominated by INTJs.
