saiko's father personality type is INTJ, but he has a non-existent (N)Si, or he is a woman or something... I can't really tell because they aren't very charismatic. In the anime, Donny's personality type is INTJ, but he's a ditzy idiot who doesn't know how to use his own gifts. This is a poor man's (N)Si, with the N being way more than just him being a ditzy idiot.
Makoto is a very sweet and humble person. He has a very big heart. It is only when Makoto gets angry that he goes into his full potential. If you consider that Makoto's personality is called "Kindness" in the anime, you can see that this is the true form of Makoto.
Makoto's opposite character trait is being selfish. This is why he often gets scolded by others for his selfishness. If they were being selfish too, they would have done the same as Makoto instead of telling him to stop being selfish. Makoto's selfishness is not strong enough to be called an unhealthy personality trait though.
