I'm an ENTP. I know ESTP personalities. They're not all the same. I'd say that someone who is ESTP and is my friend is a different type than someone who is ESTP and isn't my friend. A lot of my friends are ENTPs, and I know that many of them are very different from one another. That's why I call them friends, but I don't consider them to be the same person. I have an ENTP friend who is a very different type than I am - he's more like an INTP. ENTPs have a lot of different personalities.

I think that all types are creative, but in different ways. It's hard to quantify "creativity" because everyone has a different definition of it, but I think that ENTPs are more likely to be creative than ESTPs and ISTPs. One reason for this is that "creativity" seems to be about being able to be creative and not about being able to create objects.
