Dipsters personality type is ENFP, and it is to ENFPs what the INFJ is to INFJs. But I've had ENFPs become truly discouraged by the fact that their ENFP personality has had such a negative image culture. However, I have also had ENFPs tell me that they have come to feel like they have to hide their passion and charisma to fit in and be safe, which is a problem for them.
I think ENFPs are under the most pressure to change their personality type. For example, I've seen ENFPs in their early twenties leave home for college and immediately change their behavior and appearance when they get to school so that they look more extroverted. This is because they're afraid that people won't like them if they're themselves. Other ENFPs in their teenage years are also afraid of being different, and will try to be more extroverted because they think people will like them more that way. They'll also go out of their way to be popular, and will go to extreme lengths to prove that they're a good person so that people will not doubt them. This is why it's so important for ENFPs to have mentors who can support them and help them accept their natural personality.
