Kiri personality type is INFP, but it's not just about the interests. The way we deal with people is often a reflection of our interests in particular. If you really have a penchant for children or animals, you're going to have a hard time working with people who don't share your passions. There's quite a few INFPs who don't like children, and there are lots of INFPs who are animal lovers. My husband is an INFP who really dislikes children, and I'm a child-loving INFP.
I have a hard time working with people who don't share my interests, because I'm so interested in the topic that I don't have the energy to fake interest in anything else. For example, I was good friends with a woman for a long time who is a big fan of the TV show The Office. I wasn't impressed by the show at all, but she was. She would go on and on about how every single episode was perfection, and I just couldn't get into it.
Now, if I were interested in The Office, I probably wouldn't be able to fake interest in something else for very long, because I would want to discuss it.
