When I went to see a counselor a few months ago, I had my personality test done. The counselor explained my results, and she told me that I am an ENFP.
That was actually quite a relief for me. I have been wondering for a long time about this question about my personality.
I am not a person with a lot of imagination, but I am good at explaining things in detail, and I like to organize things in the best possible way. I have found it difficult not to get into a certain type of cognitive flow, for example seeing everything in black and white, or seeing all the possibilities and seeing all of the details involved.
I have also always had a hard time with my emotions. It is hard for me to feel anything and I usually try to force myself to feel something, even if it is just the desire to push through something that I don’t want to do (for example, when I was in preschool and I did not want to go home, I had to make myself cry. I didn’t feel anything, and it made me very upset).
