Santa personality type is ESTP, the only other personality type in the top four. ESTPs are high-energy and independent, always ready with a quick comeback and an equally quick decision. They tend to get bored by routine, so they are always looking for new experiences. They are not as verbal as INTJs or ENTPs, but make up for it with their quick wit and penchant for action.
Don’t let their optimism fool you, however. ESTPs are often quite cynical and pessimistic about the world. They have a strong sense of loyalty and duty, but sometimes have difficulty seeing what is wrong with the world and what needs to change. They are also preoccupied with their own personal needs, rather than the needs of others.
ESTPs are extremely loyal to those they care about and will do whatever it takes to help them. This loyalty does not extend to those they do not care about, however. They can be fickle and inconsistent, switching friends like they switch jobs or even changing their minds about which friends are worth their time.
ESTP women are just as fickle and unpredictable as their men. They typically do not plan far in advance and make spontaneous decisions, which can be seen as selfish and inconsiderate.
