They're quite adaptable, willing to try new things, and generally optimistic about their ability to make things work out.
There are a few downsides to this personality type. ESFPs easily get confused and frustrated if they're not able to get their way. They can also be stubborn and demanding, sometimes to the point of being annoying. ESFPs are also more likely to act on their impulses than other types. They have a knack for finding creative solutions to problems, which can get them into trouble with authorities who don't necessarily agree with their methods.
