Arima Tsuchimikado personality type is ENTP, but the way I see it, there's no need to use a personality type system in order to understand how he acts and why, and I think it's much more effective (and easier to understand) to look at his character and personality through a lens which is built on a much broader and more inclusive understanding of the ENTP personality type.
The truth is that Arima behaves very much like the type he is, and just like you can't understand why Arima does what he does without understanding his personality, you also can't understand why Arima does what he does without understanding the personality type that he is. You can see it in many of his actions, and you can certainly see it in the way he interacts with everyone else.
Arima is a very unique and complex person, and I think it's important to recognize the fact that we can't really use personality type systems in order to fully understand him, and we can't really understand him without understanding his personality.
