Kitty K personality type is ESFP, the Enfant Terrible.
This is the type that has no plans, has no organization (or at least none that lasts more than a few minutes), and who, if you ask them, have never made a decision in their life.
They are, though, and this is where I find myself. After a number of years of being an active member in the social media sphere and a member of a very large and important group of people on Facebook, I have recently been asked to take on a role on the company’s board of directors.
I am not sure where this is going or how it will play out, but I just know that I am being asked to step up and I am putting my hand up and saying I am here to serve.
And yet this is a role in which I have no formal training in how to do this, nor experience of how to do this well.
What would I say were someone to ask me to walk you through all the steps of becoming a board member?
I have absolutely no idea.
