So it’s not surprising that Jungian types and the MBTI personality types would have a lot in common, including the fact that they are both introverts. I decided to look at the Jungian types and their MBTI personality types to see if there was any difference in extraversion between MBTI and Jungian types. I found some interesting results when comparing the two.
The MBTI and Jungian types are most similar at the extremes of their typologies. At the extremes, the MBTI type is more extroverted and the Jungian type is more introverted. This means that there is a more pronounced difference between the two at their extremes than at the averages of their typologies.
