Her first book was called “The Secret of the Ocean Pearl” and it was about a boy who was trying to save the last pearl. She then wrote many other stories, but none of them were as successful as her first one. When she was 15, Kait Diaz attended a writers’ workshop where she met other writers and was able to learn from them. Even though she was young, she was able to write for a magazine called “The Vindicator” and write many other pieces for different publications.
