I had less than zero friends to talk to about this stuff, and I felt like my parents would just tell me that I was too young to be dating, since I wasn't married yet.
I think the best way to go about this is to not feel too bad about it, because it's not your fault that you don't know how to date. The key to dating, as a young INTJ woman, is to realize that you don't know how to date. If you're dating a guy who is younger than you, that's fine- they will probably just want to talk about video games and movies, which are two things that are on your list of interests anyway, so you can talk about them with them.
I think the biggest thing is to realize that the social skills that you develop over the course of your high school years will probably be the most helpful when it comes to dating.
