They have the responsibility of making sure that everyone gets along, and if things get rough, they are the ones who are tasked with making sure that everything is OK.
ISFJ’s are known to always be the ones who can be counted on in times of crisis. They are also known to take care of everyone in the family, and they won’t hesitate to lend a hand when they are needed.
