Sugar personality type is INFJ, and what you are describing is the burning in the pit of your stomach that can be the result of too much INFJ. Not only do INFJs need to be surrounded by lots of reading material, but they also need more than one hobby. My INFJ husband has to have a hobby that feeds his mind and feeds his soul. He’s also a big reader. He’s also a movie buff. We need a lot of different things in our lives to feed our souls. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying that you shouldn’t read! What I am saying is that you need to find something that you can do for the rest of your life, and if you can’t, then maybe it isn’t meant to be.
I must say: I am very glad I read this, before meeting my INFJ husband. I thought he was just reading too much and was a bit concerned, but now I understand that he is actually a very curious person, who loves to learn and explore.
My husband is also very sensitive and very intuitive, which is why he is attracted to INFJs and INFPs.
