Brita personality type is ESFP, but I didn't want to go with a single personality because I thought that would be boring. I wanted to look at the ENTJ's and INTP's and say, "Why are they so different? That is what it means to be different. It is not, 'I am an ESFP.' I am an ENTJ, who is the same as everyone else, but I am different. I am a different kind of person."
That is the idea behind my book. That is what I am trying to convey. I think that if we are all the same kind of person, then we are all the same. We are all different, but we are all the same. We all have the same commonalities. We all want to live our own lives. We want to be happy in our own way. We want to make our own contributions.
I wanted to show people how they can do that as they meet their own personality type and strengthen their own natural strengths in areas where they can contribute. I don't think you have to change your personality or try to hide your strengths.
