They are so good at seeing possibilities that they often are good at seeing the untruths too. We don't appreciate their abilities enough.
In fact, ENTPs seem to be able to see what others can't, but they can't appreciate their own abilities. This can cause conflict with others because they often can't see what others can see. Instead, they search for the truth on their own, although they can be too inquisitive to keep their curiosity in check.
The ENTP is a thinker, and this is where the root of the "divergent" moniker comes from.
