They may seem traditional or conservative in comparison to other types because they are much more comfortable and confident in the realm of rationality, logic, and facts than in the realm of emotions and creativity.
While they’re very good at seeing the big picture, they may not be as good at seeing the fine details. In certain cases, this can cause them to miss a lot of details and make bad decisions that come back to haunt them later.
