I have found that the best way to deal with people and situations is to simply block out the conflict and focus on the things I like. The other people in my life can be very judgmental and not always fair, but at the end of the day I am just trying to be happy, and I can’t let other people dictate what I do or don’t do. If I could get over myself and stop thinking everything was about me, then I could make a difference to other people’s lives.
The only thing I don’t like is when people are mean. I don’t know why they want to be so hostile, but it really gets under my skin sometimes. It seems like sometimes people pick on me because they can get away with it, and it makes them feel powerful. They think they’re better than others, but that’s not the case at all. There are a lot of mean people out there, and I think it would be great if we all learned to love each other instead of tearing each other down.
