If you’ve read the rest of my blog you’d know that I’m not here to argue about MBTI. I don’t believe it has anything to do with true personality types. It’s just a system for categorizing people based on their preferences and tendencies. I do think it’s useful for some people to identify themselves with letters and numbers because it can help them understand what they are like and why they act the way they do. That’s why I do it myself.
But the question is whether it’s helpful for people to identify by letters or numbers or whether it actually brings them more confusion.
