Asuman personality type is ISFJ, which means she is an introvert (often identified by the letters iNtuitive, Sensing, and Feeling), which we all know is a personality type that is not as immediately recognized by most people as other types.
In our first post (Part 1) we reviewed why Asuma is not a Kunoichi, a "female ninja" who uses stealth and deception to kill enemies. Why is she not a Kunoichi? Because she does not have the Ne-Ni-Ti personality type.
Ne-Ni-Ti: A Ninja Mystic
Ne-Ni-Ti people are mystical, spiritual, and sometimes even spiritualistic in their personality. They have a very strong sense of duty and responsibility, and often gravitate towards some form of mysticism (e.g. Buddhism or Shamanism). Ne-Ni-Ti people are very wise and intuitive. They are very good at perceiving the inner workings of others and using this information to their advantage, usually in the form of manipulation, trickery, and/or subterfuge.
