I don't think he's a punk rocker. He's a member of a punk rock band, and if he wasn't a punk rocker, he'd have been kicked out of the band for being such a square.
I'm not saying he's a punk rocker, but the fact that he's one of the leaders of the band proves that he's a punk rocker.
