Masayuki Nakajima personality type is ENTP, one of the rarest personalities in the world. After all, as a person who is always looking for the next big thing, it’s no surprise that he would have a difficult time finding a job. When I first met him, he was working as a bicycle shop clerk and couldn’t hold a job for more than a few months at a time. I’ve met and worked with many ENTPs and none of them have ever managed to hold down a steady job. It’s not that they don’t want to. They just don’t know how to control their energy and enthusiasm and they end up exhausting all of their coworkers and making the workplace a stressful place to be.
It’s not that I’m envious of him, but it seems like he was born with the wrong personality type. One of the first things we did when we were working together was to try and figure out his personality type. I asked him to tell me about his childhood and what kind of things he liked and disliked as a child. He said that he always loved his mother, but he never wanted to do anything for her.
