Elcot personality type is ISTJ, the administrator type. In my opinion, these are some of the best people to be around as they are dependable, reliable and capable. Some of the best advice I ever got was from a close friend of mine who said, "If you want to know what kind of person someone is, ask them, 'How would you do it?' Then, listen to what they say."
I know all about ISTJs. I've been one for most of my life. I'm constantly amazed at how many people who are drawn to my page actually turn out to be ISTJs themselves. But I appreciate your comments, and I think that you need to know that I don't judge or criticize anyone.
