Seda personality type is ISTJ, but because she’s an ENFP, she doesn’t want to be rigid and inflexible. She wants to be able to change her mind and take risks, so whenever a situation calls for it, her ISTJ side comes out.
“If the job is not fun, or the work is stressful, I’ll speak up. I don’t want to be an ENFP who just wants to go with the flow,” she said.
But she still gets annoyed when people cannot see her point of view. “Sometimes, I’ll complain to my friends or family and they will say, ‘Seda, you have to be more accommodating. You can’t complain about something that you don’t like!”
Seda says that she has learned that she has to find a balance between her ENFP and ISTJ personalities. “I have to be a bit more flexible with my thoughts and my actions. I also have to learn to compromise a little bit more, but only if everyone else around me is also willing to compromise.”
Seda says she does this by observing the people around her.
