They are sometimes viewed as "go-getters" for their willingness to work hard and be self-sufficient. While they enjoy being in charge of things, they are also able to learn from others' ideas and methods as well. ESTPs are highly creative, and they are good at coming up with new ideas and solutions. They are also good at making quick decisions. ESTPs don't like to waste time and energy on things that don't have much value, and they prefer to take care of things that are of high value, even if this means taking care of things themselves. ESTPs have difficulty getting along with people who aren't open to their ideas and ways of doing things. They can be too blunt in expressing their thoughts and feelings, sometimes to the point of hurting someone's feelings. ESTPs have difficulty communicating in written form--they prefer to communicate verbally or by using diagrams or pictures.
